这么好的帖子  看得人蛮少的 蛮可惜的。很感谢楼主分享。我谈谈自己吧 我不算身体特别强壮的那一类人，医生说我阳亏我看医生的时候才25啊。我也不频繁 每周一次 满就弄有感觉就弄很规律 到现在5年了吧。还是有得时候会耳鸣，所以我觉得这个和个人身体情况密不可分吧。记忆力的部分 我觉得有个楼上的回复说的很好，你不动脑记忆力当然差了......又不是学生时代了。每天上班下班 家务什么的哪有时间思考 动脑，记忆力不下降就怪了。脑子越不动越差。现在天天刷个1个小时的题目 看一个小时书 一个月后保你重回学生时代 ，问题是 大多数的人没这样的时间...
