为什么做过山车就会蛋疼

【咨询人年龄】   ：    35
【咨询人病因及症狀】：现在做过山车就会蛋疼，基本上就是做快速下落运动就会蛋疼，是非常非常疼，不知道为什么，揉捏也不会削减痛感，非常奇怪，必须停下来，等几分钟才好。网上查了半天也没什么类似的信息。有人知道大概为什么吗？
